There's a wealth of sports going on in our area - it's just a case of unearthing those hidden gems.
Now the football season has finished, our Sports Reporter Martin Harris is keeping himself sane by taking up the challenge to give these sports the exposure they deserve!
This Week
A leisurely game of ping pong in Rayleigh with the Brook Road club? Not likely, as Martin learns the difference between the Holiday Camp classic and the real game of Table Tennis:
