Verity has made the journey from Northamptonshire to Chelmsford via York, Preston and Colchester, pausing only for a wine-soaked year in France. As a consequence of being five foot ten and blessed with the grace of a hippo, she has been banned from participating in most sports; as a consolation, she watches as many as possible, from athletics to gymnastics to football. Her biggest love is Formula 1 (not to mention David Coulthard) and she has been known to get up at 5am to watch a race. On the odd occasion that she leaves the house, she will be found singing along to cheesy music in her car, on the way to see a musical.
